The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new accounts, selling to facilities, environmental and procurement managers. You will be dealing with any company in the private and public sectors, adding value to their waste services and improving their environmental footprint. Full company and product training is provided and their superb uncapped commission scheme is unrivalled.

The Company: One of the leading lights in the provision of industrial and commercial waste management and recycling services now seeks a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands. They enjoy a sales turnover approaching £1 billion and have nearly a century of expertise behind them, as well as offering excellent ongoing sales career opportunities.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales experience
  • A proven track record of new business services or solutions sales
  • You will have superb new business hunting skills and have sold at C level
  • Commercially astute and well-presented candidates with excellent analytical skills

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • £35,000 - £44,000 Base Salary
  • + £15,000 - £20,000 Uncapped Commission
