Salary : £35,000 D.O.E + OTE +commission structure (to be agreed at interview)

My client is in an exciting period of growth and expansion. Do you have what it takes to be part of our successful Sales Team to support our journey? You will be a highly driven BDM with proven (at least 5 years) experience in a similar position in the Facilities Maintenance or Services industry (ideally) and be comfortable taking ownership for the full sales cycle - including cold calling, telesales, as well as the generation of new leads and negotiation and closure of single and multi-site contracts.

Provide solutions and develop client relationships.

Negotiate and close single and multi-site contracts.

Take ownership for all stages of sales, including cold calling, telesales, PQQ, Bid writing, ITT and its associated correspondence.

Generate own leads through networking and referrals ensuring a healthy pipeline.

Attend site visits and complete written tender documents.

The ideal candidates

Previous experience of field sales with demonstration of self-lead generation and appointment making.

Be results driven.

Managing the full sales cycle, including cold calling, telesales and generation/ conversion of new leads

Negotiate and close single and multi-site contracts.

Produce a growing pipeline for the business and assist in growing the Sales Department.

Have solid PQQ and ITT experience

Excellent IT and organisational skills

Hold a full, clean, UK driving license
