Job Description: As the Truck Rental Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our truck rental business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative strategies to maximize revenue and market share. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:

    • Identify potential clients and markets for truck rental services through market research, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand clients' business needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their transportation challenges.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Develop pricing strategies and proposals that are competitive and profitable.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business and achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
