Business Development Executive: An ambitious Business Development Executive with a conversational, consultative style is required to drive revenues from new business leads, dormant accounts, and existing business clients.

This new role will suit a graduate calibre individual with an instinct for business, a passion for delighting clients, and a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle.

Come and join a fast growing new 'disruptive' online recruitment service, already supplying hundreds of specialist mid-sized UK businesses, and the partner of choice for one of the UK's leading business services consultancies.

Your role will be to contact and build relationships with Directors (Managing / HR / Sales / Operations / IT / Marketing) of SME sized businesses, conveying the benefits of using MaxAd to recruit effectively at least cost. You will receive full training and ongoing support.

This fast paced position will ideally suit an intelligent, entrepreneurial individual with a 'hunter' mentality, gained from B2B telephone based sales in a fast-moving solution or service based business such as recruitment, media, events, corporate travel, finance, marketing services, software, online business, or other relevant service based business.

This is a fully hands-on role for an individual with an intuitive instinct for business, combined with strong time management, account planning & administration, relationship building, and networking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential and face to face client meetings (with management support) are actively encouraged too.
