My client are a well established freight forwarder looking for an experienced BDM Account Manager to join their team. You must be fluent in Mandarin.

Daily duties will include:

  • Serve as main point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the wider business development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Monitor and report on market trends
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and other third parties to provide quotes
  • Attending global conferences and exhibitions

Experience needed:

  • Highly motivated
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the freight forwarding industry
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations
  • Monday - Friday 0900am - 1800pm with hybrid working available
