Proximity Recruitment are searching for a Business Applications Developer (circa £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join an innovation, technology-driven business in Northampton. Reporting into a talented and supportive Technical Projects Manager.

The role is based in the office (full-time with potential option for 1 day working from home) so the successful candidate will need to be within commutable distance of Northampton.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building CRM 'Widgets’ using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Software Development on Zoho CRM in Zoho’s native language 'Deluge’ (prior experience with Deluge not necessary).
  • Applying technical knowledge and understanding to automate a variety of business processes.
  • Developing and maintaining multiple external API Integrations.
  • Designing solutions within the current tech stack to achieve business requirements.
  • Improving coding efficiency in existing CRM functionality.
  • Working closely within the Technical Team (CRM, Machine Learning, Support) to deliver high quality and impactful projects to the wider business.
  • Providing an internal 2nd level tier support for escalations on scripting issues.
