A Business Analyst is required on an interim basis to join a large commercial organisation based in Birmingham working as part of a team of Business Analysts to support a large portfolio of projects leading the way in capturing business requirements and helping to deliver solutions on key projects.
Your new role
Reporting in to the PMO Manager and working as part of a cross functional BA team responsible for up to 20 projects across multiple business units, you will follow internal project standards, shaping and working to best practice business analysis processes and tools. The main responsibilities of your role will include process analysis and design, requirements capture and analysis, supporting the creation of business cases, supporting the development of an end-to-end solution design to meet business requirements to enable the organisation to better meet its goals and project estimation and planning. You will work closely with various stakeholders, SME's and project teams across the business to drive delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced Business Analyst who has worked on projects across a variety of functions, either in FMCG, retail, IT or a logistics environment. You will ideally have project management experience working to a senior BA model and lean six sigma would be desirable.
