Business Analyst / Project Manager - £40k - Hybrid - Greater Manchester

Oscar Tech are working with a fintech company based near Manchester, who are growing out their BI team. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with experience as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager to join their team in a very hands-on role.

Due to the nature of this role, experience as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst is essential.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for managing the agreed business objectives between business stakeholders and BI developers, ensuring agreed objectives are met and delivered in a timely manner.

A hands on approach is needed for this role, you will be creating workflows and project mapping as well as transforming customer requirements into actionable tasks, then communicating these changes to all concerned parties.

Alongside this you will need to be a strong communicator as you will be working with both technical and non-technical audiences and managing challenging conversations with key clients and stakeholders.
