My client, a specialist lender with a proven record providing short term property finance has an excellent opportunity for a BDM with Bridging Finance experience to join their business covering the Midlands.

This is a key role distributing short term finance products to financial intermediaries so it is essential that you are sales driven, have proven business development experience within short term finance lending along with the ability to develop strong working relationships with intermediaries

The Successful Applicant

Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance

The Business Development Manager will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Understanding of the Bridging Finance industry

• Sales and Lending experience in a financial services environment

• Relevant Market experience

• Have existing relationships with mortgage brokers and intermediaries

• Highly skilled communicator with excellent presentation skills
