Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant

Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to start as soon as possible for our client based in Evesham. This is a wonderful opportunity and our client is considering candidates considering both full time opportunities or part time! You will also have the opportunity to occasionally work from home.
Your new role
- Processing records on Xero
- Processing invoices and receipts from Receipt Bank to Xero
- Bank account reconciliations
- Reviewing ledgers
- Managing and processing in-house payroll records
- Processing monthly invoices and payments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reports
- General administration tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Please only apply for this role if you have used accounting package 'XERO' and have at least 2 years experience working within Accounts.
