Your new company

Your new company are leaders in the medical sector and are recruiting for customer service roles.

Your new role

Your new role will be based purely on the phone and you will be booking appointments and producing letters to confirm these. You will need to have excellent customer service skills to support all enquiries and deal with any complaints, where necessary, escalating these if required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be available immediately for this temporary role. However, there is potential to go permanent.
Full training for the role will be given however you will need to have strong attributes to give a great customer service experience. You'll work quickly and strive to give the best experience to customers.
