Are you experienced in BMS controls? We are looking to hear from you. I have an outstanding opportunity to work in-house as a BMS engineer. The purpose of this role is to be the person who is responsible for the numerous BMS systems that controls a building's environment.

  • Monitor head end throughout the day for areas that are over/under heated.
  • Monitor head end throughout the day for areas that are over/under cooled.
  • Setup trends to show energy savings from modifications made to programming
  • BMS control wiring installation
  • Checking and rectifying faults on various different BMS systems
  • Working closely with sensor controls engineer.
  • Analyse and diagnosis the hoist ( head-end ) computer.
  • Test and change actuators etc.
  • Re-programming all energy efficiency upgrades to BMS system
  • Edit existing BMS software programme
  • Working with the Energy Manager to implement changes to reduce waste and save energy.

In addition to the duties above the post holder will be expected to carry out regular PPM and Reactive duties alongside the maintenance team including electrical, mechanical, HVAC and Fabric works.
