Job Role: Billing Administrator

As Billing Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:
Ensure accurate and timely administration of Service Charge demands
Providing support to clients and stakeholders
This role reports to the Billing Team Leader
You are customer focused and have a positive attitude in everything you do, and now want to work in a fast paced organisation.
Your ability to problem solve, means you are able to resolve complaints effectively and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Having strong IT skills, means you can effectively communicate with colleagues and customers, both written and verbally, whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Processing of periodic Service Charge demands
Running year end routines for Service Charge surplus/deficits
Producing credits/invoices relating to year end surplus/deficits
Ensuring accurate delivery of all material to clients through our print delivery solution
Timely resolution of all related queries though all communication channels
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function
