BI TEAM LEAD

West Midlands, Hybrid 1-2 days a week on-site

Up to £55,000

The Company:

Joining a growing financial services company, you will get involved in their exciting migration projects as well as be a part of their development with the community and charities!

The Role:

As a BI Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Creating SSRS reports and data sets and managing the reporting system

- Speaking with stakeholders about the reports, providing insights from the data

- Improve business performance through ad-hoc investigations

- Leading the BI team, training Junior members

- Developing robust data processes from data sources

Skills/Requirements:

- SQL experience

- Data visualisation tool - Power BI preferred and SSRS

- Strong Communication

- Team leadership required
