We are growing our BI team and have a new opportunity for an Analyst. You will be to aid your team who support our business areas by conducting business analysis.
You will use your analytical skills, to provide meaningful insights and data. You will drive collaboration within our wider teams, analysing data on customer segments, partner performance, sales channel performance, from the sales funnel to customer attrition.
What do we require from you?
- You will have aleast 2 years in a high transaction industry, ideally 2 years data analysis.
- Experience in writing SQL or using other Database tools would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing and with data presentation (e.g. excel/Power point) with excellent Excel practical knowledge
- A results-driven self-starter, and have sense of ownership
- Tableau skills as advantage
- Big Data and Machine Learning as advantage
What will some of your main responsibilities be?
Business analysis in various areas including but not limited to sales analysis (Sales Funnel, Conversion, Activation, Starts), customer analysis (Attrition, Softness).
Providing insights, tactics and strategies by pulling, organising and summarising data from the data warehouse and conducting higher-level analysis using applicable software.
Delivery of weekly & monthly reports, as well as ad hoc business analysis.
