Around each Village, the Food and Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine different restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a production kitchen. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our Food and Beverage team.
Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, bar service, cash handling and maintaining a clean working environment.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.
HOURS OF WORK
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until January 2019.
We have various part-time contracts available on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include working weekends, bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within Food and Beverage
- NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
