Looking for a new challenge?
If you are an existing Coach or Trainer delivering Finance/Personal Banking related training or a Bank Manager or Senior Cashier/Team Leader looking for a career to take your first steps into a long and successful career in training then we would love to hear from you.
What will the role involve?
Working in the field, our Banking Coaches (Personal Financial Services) deliver apprenticeship programmes to learners at one of the county’s biggest retail banks. Utilising your experience, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training and assessment. Have you got what it takes?
First and foremost you should have a passion for what you do. You should have relevant and recent retail banking experience, at team leader level or above and have experience of providing Financial Services advice and information ideally in a training environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both when dealing with our on-site apprentices and the relevant stakeholders they report in to. You must be professional with a corporate background and have the ability to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need to demonstrate a passion for what you do along with lots of energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to travel as required. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
What’s in it for me?
For non-qualified Coaches will support your career and arrange for you to obtain the minimum qualifications required for the role. If you are already qualified you will join us at the top end of our very competitive pay scale and benefit from any additional training and support. We offer 5 weeks holiday with additional bank holidays and competitive pay.
