Ideally you will be fluent in German, with one of the following language skills: French, Polish, or English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Azure Database Architect you'll gain comprehensive understanding of customer DB SQL server landscape by steering seamless database transformations for a diverse client base. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, customer representatives, and project managers to comprehend migration requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Willing to provide 24x7 support, flexible to work in the shifts.

SKILLS

As the Azure Database Architect you must:

- Be able to configure SQL Server HA/DR (FCI, AG) in Azure with multiple subnets and multiple regions
- Able to administer security, policies, resource governing, and Azure Key Vault
- Execute seamless migration of SQL Server from on-premises to Azure Cloud using DMA, DMS, Azure Data Studio, Log Shipping, Backup & Restore, and various migration methods
- Drive Azure solutioning activities for large and complex migrations
- Strategise storage and capacity management, creating logical and physical models
- Install and configure SQL Server across all versions (200x to 2022)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

You should ideally have hands-on experience to troubleshoot Windows and SQL server issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certifications such Azure Solutions Architect Associate, DP-300 or AZ-305 would be advantageous.
