AWS/Linux Web Infrastructure Engineer with solid technical skills in PHP, Terraform, Elastic containers, Low balancers and Azure AD is urgently needed to support our higher education client.

The AWS/Linux Web Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for supporting a migration project migrating webapp to AWS containers and providing some third line support.

Essential experience

  • Skills in AWS, PHP, Terraform, Elastic containers, Low balancers, Azure AD.
  • Senior Linux system admin experience and understanding of technologies like BIND DNS, SMTP.
  • Demonstrable experience with managing certificates
  • Technical skills in load balancing, preferably F5/Cloudflare
  • Experience in web hosting experience with Apache, tomcat
  • Practical experience with Puppet
  • Skills with container management, lifecycles and ECS
  • Skills and expertise with terraform.

Please note that the assignment is inside IR35 and requires 1-day on site per week in central London.
