Audit & Accounts Manager for respected Practice

Offering a fantastic opportunity with real progression, our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants who seek to appoint an ambitious, motivated Audit and Accounts Manager for their Surrey office.

Ideally you will be either ACA/ACCA qualified with 3 - 5 years post qualification experience and have good up to date Audit skills.

You will be working with a varied portfolio of Owner Managed Businesses across a wide range of industries who are based mainly in the Surrey area with also a number in the London area. This is a role which will include around 60% Audit work and around 40% accounts work. The role will encompass managing the audit process; managing junior members of staff; preparation of statutory accounts and any relevant project work.

You will possess the ability to work with autonomy and be part of a professional and expert. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels is essential. You will ideally have experience of supervising junior staff. The salary band of £50,000 - £55,000 has been set by Fletcher George as a guide and will depend on relevant experience. The role is commutable from Leatherhead, Woking, Kingston, Epsom and surrounding areas.
