The client is looking at strong candidates (three candidates initially) re academics, experience and past employers with 2-5 years PQE you will be from a leading Law Practice with strong disputes resolution experience. This can come from any or a variety of sectors but there is an urgent need for Regulatory and Pensions knowledge/experience so that is an advantage re the first hire.
