I am delighted to be recruiting for an award-winning architectural practice who has an excellent reputation for delivering cutting edge, inspiring and unique designs across the heritage and conservation sectors. Their talented team is spread across multiple offices in UK and abroad and have worked hard to cultivate a collaborative culture whose [assion for breathing new life into histroical buildings is evident in their beautifully crafted designs. They are looking to continue their long term growth by seeking an Associate Architect to become an integral member of thier thriving team in Manchester.

The successful will be a result driven, highly ambitious ARB/RIBA Associate Architect who has a history of building strong relationships with current and new clients and has extensive experience within the heritage and conservation sectors. Must have up to date knowledge of UK building an planning regulations.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

  • Extensive post qualification experience
  • Must be ARB Registered and RIBA Chartered
  • Ideally you will have AABC, IHBC, RIBASCA
  • Passion for heritage, conservation and listed buildings as well as substantial experience with these sectors
  • Hands on experience within the conservation and heritage sectors
  • Job running experience
  • profiecency in BIM/ Revit is desirable
  • Proven track record leading and managing projects
  • Ensuring highest standards and quality are met
  • Capable at delivering client satisfaction and cultivating strong relationships
  • Lead the charge to develop the studio and the team
  • Bring local market knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be industry recognised being a leader in your field
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Local to Manchester
  • Effective time keeping and organisation skills meeting strict deadlines
