London Docklands Excel is on the hunt for a new Assistant Operations Manager to join the team.
This 206 bedroom hotel runs at an average 76% occupancy and takes in excess of £5millionper year.
With a settled team of 30 in place and a team retention of over 96%, we are looking for someone who can keep and maintain their high enthusiasm whilst driving performance and engagement within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with a similar annual turnover with autonomy over a profit and loss account.

Helping our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep, you'll oversee daily operations and look ahead to seeing how we can work even better. Putting the guest first, they'll be your first port of call for feedback. You'll then lead and inspire your team to deliver our good night guarantee with excellent coaching, empowering each one to go the extra mile.
To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience. This could include from working in reception, housekeeping, F&B or kitchen. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand. An inspirational leader of people, you'll lead by example, not just driving your team but motivating them to achieve even more – even when under pressure.
With a salary up to £28,200 and a great bonus scheme, this is a great opportunity for someone to join the Premier Inn team.
