Based at the Reading Office, you will be responsible for managing the day to day contract activities including programming and delivering the scheduled work, managing teams to ensure quality and service levels exceed customer expectations and supporting regions budget targets.
•Provide a responsive and professional service to customers
•Full responsibility for the execution of scheduled and reactive on-site operations/instructions, ensuring the daily motivation of all staff as well as optimising of resources on all operational undertakings
•Ensure project and quality control discipline through active site audits so projects are to time, quality and customer service targets/KPIs
•Reporting upwards to Operations Manager on all aspects of operations, QHSE, HR and quality control
•Relevant horticultural and industry qualifications
•Self-motivated, organised and methodical
•Knowledge of a wide range of landscaping projects
•A full driving licence
Working hours will be based on a standard 42.5 hour working week.
