A large technology group based in Guildford. Specialising in creating technology for the home and systems for small businesses.
Within this role you will be working closely with the Management Accountant to assist in creating annual budgets, monthly reporting, updating purchase ledgers and reconciling invoices. You will be responsible for preparing monthly and bi-monthly payments, handling VAT claims and expenses. Working alongside key stakeholders, a key focus of your role will be accruals, prepayments and conducting internal audits to produce end of year reports based upon analysis. Previous experience using Sage 200 would be a benefit but full training will be provided.
• Accruals and prepayment experience
• Exposure to budgeting and monthly reporting
• Vat and expenses knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Ability to multitask
