The position holder will be responsible for developing their own pipeline of client meetings and potential sales, whilst also fostering strong business relationships with customers. While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Managing a personal sales plan, which will include the management of leads, handling sales meetings, creating financial proposals and generating orders
  • Focussing on activities to promote customer acquisition and retention within the business unit
  • Creating forecasting and reporting on sales bookings, potential and actual revenue and overall pipeline
  • Proactively addressing customer issues and ensuring good relationship management
  • Updating company systems to ensure they hold accurate and up to date information on customers, sales and potential businesses
  • Working closely with engineering teams in the area to provide a seamless service for customers

What you will need to Apply:

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have at least 5 years of experience within a sales capacity, whereupon main duties included creating and managing your own pipeline of work and hitting sales targets. Experience would need to be from the HVAC industry and applicants should possess a technical qualification. Of course, excellent communication skills are paramount to this role, and this role would suit a real people person who has a track record of building and nurturing working relationships from scratch to become successful and profitable. Previous hire/rental experience is essential.

Applicants must hold a driving license.

What you will get in Return:
The successful candidate could receive a starting salary of up to £60,000, which will be highly dependent on previous experience, sector exposure and knowledge related to the industry. This will accompany a comprehensive package including an excellent holiday allocation, company pension scheme and a selection of additional monetary and work-related perks and incentives. There will be opportunities to earn a generous bonus and you will also get a car allowance.

There will be ample opportunities for further growth within the role and opportunities to meet and exceed targets leading to additional income. Full training, alongside update training, will be provided periodically to ensure a full understanding of the product and service line is maintained and that you have the tools to deliver effective sales presentations at all times. This role will be positioned so that the position holder will gain excellent exposure within the industry, meeting and working closely with leading clients and industry giants, building strong contact relationships.
