Your new role
The 'Area Manager' is responsible for ensuring department compliance with all H&S, site policy and GMP. You will also play a role in continuously improving process in order to drive an increase in quality and reduction in complaints. You will lead and mentor your team, again to drive quality, performance and cost. You will manage and record inventory transactions and timely supply of materials to the manufacturing hall.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 5 years, first line, management experience in a similar environment (FMCG). You will have a good understanding of continuous improvement and lean processes and be able to lead cross functional groups. You will be detail conscious and be able to make pressurised decisions to meet priorities.
