We have an exciting new opportunity for an Architect to join a growing architectural firm in Berkshire, on a permanent basis. Our client work on a variety of projects including large scale education, commercial and residential schemes. This would be the ideal role for candidates seeking a valuable and rewarding career with a growing and innovative practice.
The selected candidate will have a range of roles and responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You will be joining a creative team, where you will apply your skills and experience to a variety of developments. You will be contributing to innovative design solutions across various sectors. You will work on projects from start to completion, including at technical design stages. You may also be expected to assist with technical packages such as Revit, work on-site, and help in the training of more junior team members.
Essential skills, experience and attributes:
- Expert user of Revit software
- ARB registered Architect
- Experience working across all stages of the project design
- Specific experience working at technical design stages
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent understanding of the details of buildings
- Enthusiastic and passionate about architecture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
