Your new company specialises in high end residential projects with the ambition to be the Architect of choice for high end clients. They deliver a fantastic service by having a team of Architects and Interior Designers side by side to deliver a full service. The typical projects that this company take on are residential extensions, listed and heritage buildings and contemporary new build. They are expanding, and are now looking for their next eager Project Architect to guide the team to more success through passion and innovation.
Your new role
In this new role, you will be talking to both clients and external professionals to ensure that projects run smoothly from conception to completion. To ensure that the projects run smoothly, you will ensure that you understand the clients requirements are known fully, and advise clients whether the project itself is feasible, and consult clients if it needs tweaking to make their dreams a reality.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, experience of working on high end residential buildings, and previous experience on listed buildings would be an advantage. Another advantage for your application is a full driving license and experience of running projects. If you are trained in ArchiCAD it is beneficial, but training will be provided if you have not used it.
