Application Support Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join our client an integrated marketing services company.

  • Respond to all support calls received by phone, email or desk side and resolve issues or escalate if necessary.
  • Management of the work queue ensuring issues are picked up promptly and dealt with effectively by the appropriate resource.
  • Ensure all support calls received by phone, email or desk side are logged into the application support software.
  • Answer all enquiries promptly, politely and professionally, adhering to the SLA agreements we have with our user base.
  • Handle escalations and requests from user base in a positive, helpful and constructive manner with the end goal being to maintain user satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to overall solution design for any new systems that the Business need to implement.
  • Contribute to the testing, training and support of the Business Systems Estate.
  • The creation and maintenance of key documentation.
  • Streamline processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.What you’ll bring:
  • 1st Line support experience
  • Excellent understanding of ERP
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Accurately define and communicate requirements in accordance to the project methodology standards adopted by IT Development.What's on offer?
