This organisation is a customer acquisition business with a focus in the healthcare insurance space. They are a global organisation with their data and marketing teams situated in the UK and the US.

THE ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS

• You will be joining the business as an individual contributor and working hands on with the data, bridging the gap between the Data Engineering teams and the wider business.
• They are looking for a candidate who has a combination of Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics understanding and the ability to be hands on with the data.
• Technically you will be using SQL, Python and working on ETL therefore experience in these 3 areas is key.
• You will be able to communicate with stakeholders across the business technical and non-technical also commercial astute.
• You will be working to provide analysis on Website analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, whilst also maintaining and creating reports and optimising ETL processes.
• They are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, up for a challenge and happy to get stuck into the data.
