My client are a well established, leading freight forwarder looking for an Airfreight Coordinator to join their busy team! You MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in an airfreight role in either imports or exports.

Daily duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating airfreight shipments
  • Providing quotations and processing bookings
  • Prepare and process airway bills, shipping documentation and customs paperwork
  • Negotiating rates with suppliers
  • Arranging collection and delivery
  • Arranging customs declaration
  • Handling queries

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm

This is a hybrid role however you must be willing to travel to the office full time during the onboarding process, once trained you will be required to go into the office max 2 days per week.
