Airfreight Coordinator - Hybrid!
My client are a well established, leading freight forwarder looking for an Airfreight Coordinator to join their busy team! You MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in an airfreight role in either imports or exports.
Daily duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating airfreight shipments
- Providing quotations and processing bookings
- Prepare and process airway bills, shipping documentation and customs paperwork
- Negotiating rates with suppliers
- Arranging collection and delivery
- Arranging customs declaration
- Handling queries
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm
This is a hybrid role however you must be willing to travel to the office full time during the onboarding process, once trained you will be required to go into the office max 2 days per week.
