Miles Recruitment have a new opportunity for an Administrator with experience within the engineering sector to join a well-established and flourishing company.

As an Administrator, you will be working closely with the engineering teams. In this role, you will need to have good communication, liaising with clients and colleagues alike. Some of your main responsibilities include:

- Client Records
- Amending, formatting proof reading and collating of reports with a high level of accuracy and consistency
- Administration relating to engineering
- Ensure that all paperwork is filed accurately, ensuring that the department is efficient in this activity.
- General administration duties such as, inputting data into the company software and Microsoft Office.

About you as Administrator:

- Organisational skills
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively

Salary: £12 p/h (£24,960 pro-rata) - Increasing once the probation period is complete.
Hours: 16 - 20 hours p/w
This Administrator role can be suited to fit around school hours if required although hours can be worked around school hours you will still be required to work during all school holidays.
