Lovely new role: An Established, Busy company with a broad portfolio of clients, are now looking for an Experienced Administrator to join the team!

Clients range from manufacturing/engineering contractors to infrastructure specialists, and superb customer loyalty has been built over time through the company's varied products / services, cost-efficiency and continued access to customer support throughout.
Typically the process follows that: orders and enquiries are received (by regional sales representatives, website enquiries, emails, tender documents and telephone calls) with customers looking to place orders, request further information/estimates/timeframes. In this particular role, you will look after the processing/administration of these enquiries, working both independently and collaboratively with a small team depending on the size of order / project. Projects vary in length and complexity, and so patience, attention to detail, customer service and team working are all key skills
You will need to liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers, securing pricing information and timeframes for bespoke orders; ensuring that your orders are appropriately priced by suppliers, and able to be delivered on time. Also in the role, you will learn to place orders with suppliers, use spreadsheets and the internal systems to calculate key information such as order value, length and average spend; and create purchase orders, quotes and invoices.
The ideal candidate for this role, would be:-
- An experienced administrator, who is confident communicating closely with both clients and suppliers to ensure a smooth service is delivered (any experience working on projects in construction, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing is beneficial).
- Attentive to detail - enquiries sometimes require multiple 'layers' of response, and so the ability to clearly understand and administrate complex processes is important.
- Able to access their offices near to Tonbridge (must drive)
Open Planned Quaint offices based just under 10 minute drive from Tonbridge (free parking onsite)
Monday - Friday 9-5 with flexibility as needed.
Working within a small team to ensure enquiries and order requests are processed and scheduled in alignment with stock levels and installation timeframes.
