We are seeking an experienced office Administrator to join one of Leeds' leading, independent law firms. To be considered for this Administrator role, the skills and experience that we're looking for are;

  • 6-12 months office-based administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with effective diary management
  • Ability to work proactively

Our client is a specialist in their field, working within a unique and interesting part of commercial and planning Law. Your role as the Administrator will see you work within a small and close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include front of house duties such as answering the phone and greeting visitors, as well as administrative skills including diary management, audio typing (full training provided), timesheets, scanning/photocopying, stationary orders, meeting room setups and Land Registry searches (full training provided).

As a member of the team, you will receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, as well as a 5% contribution into your pension. If you are an experienced Administrator with the skills and experience listed above, please apply immediately.
