Astra Recruitment are working with one of our clients to recruit an Administrator to join their Claims and Project team.
For this role you will be a crucial part of the Finance & Claims team, of you are a dedicated person who enjoys working in multi-disciplined teams we would love to hear from you.
Job duties will include:
- Creating quarterly financial claims based on spend reports
- Ensure all financial claims are eligible
- Create and maintain data systems
- Deal with partner’s queries
- Attend meetings where required
- Field general business and ensure enquiries are signposted to the correct areas
Your skills and experience will include:
- Able to prioritise workload
- Experience providing admin support in a financial setting
- Experience handling confidential information
- Understanding of the processing financial information
