We are looking to attract an administrator to join our insurance team in Glasgow.

This position is focused on providing support to our team of paralegals and solicitors who handle a variety of insurance related claims such as motor and employer’s liability. Day to day duties involve entering daily post onto our in-house systems and distributing within the team, preparation of bills for our finance team, closing completing files from the system and archiving. File opening is also a part of the role and involves inputting new cases onto our case management systems and checking the relevant documentation alongside other general administration duties.

We are keen to hear from candidates that have a high level of attention to detail, good IT skills including word/excel/outlook and the ability to manage their own workloads.
