A varied and busy administrative and customer focused role, providing first class administration support to colleagues, job seekers and clients.


-Handling incoming calls/enquiries
-Lead on data entry, reporting & job posting
-Manage recruitment process administration
-Handle invoicing & basic accounts
-Coordinate social media outputs


-6-12 months administration experience
-Good communication skills
-Highly organised with good IT skills
-Reliable, committed & hardworking
-Digital Marketing experience (desirable)
