Redex Recruitment are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Witham, Essex. Due to continued growth across the business they are now looking to appoint an Administrator to assist their busy sales team.

Working hours - 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday- Thursday) 4:30pm finish on Fridays! Salary dependent on experience in the region of £16,000.

Duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Process order accurately through in-house system
  • Ensure customers are updated throughout the order process
  • Qualify orders before processing to reduce mistakes
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Liaise with colleagues throughout the business
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested

General admin experience will be beneficial along with strong IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
