Job objectives and responsibilities
- Admin support to Mitie team on KEY Account, assisting the Admin Manager in a range of contract admin duties
- Admin support to Energy and Sustainability team, assisting the team with Sky's utilities and service admin duties.
- Ordering of stationery, laptops, mobile phones to be made up and given centrally to be ordered.
- Purchase Order Management - ensuring these are raised, receipted etc in a timely manner
- Providing admin support for a range of employee communications and distribution of material
- Assisting with Fleet Management administration on Account
- Keeping spreadsheets up to date
- Administration of the team availability tracker and chasing manager submissions
- Dealing with deliveries as and when necessary
- General contract admin support for management team as directed by Admin Manager
- All other Admin duties as requested by Admin Manager
- Day to day management of room booking system Assist with processing utility and service invoices. Sense check invoices and process to clear and auditable business processes. Purchase Order Management - ensuring these are raised, chase for approvals, receipted and paid etc in a timely manner.
- Assist with energy, sustainability and waste data for KPI, compliance and budget reporting, including accurate data entry and data cleansing.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Accuracy and attention to detail and responding to all queries with accurate information
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Expertise in Excel, Sharepoint admin
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in data administration
- Challenging and inquisitive mind set Problem solver
- Previous experience of customer facing role
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Logical and methodical
- Team player - Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- confidence in speaking with contracts managers and using own initiative. good experience of excel
