Administration Temp Role near Wyboston, Immediate Start
Your new company
Large and successful Construction organisation are looking for a temporary candidate to provide Administrator and order support for small office situated near the Black Cat Roundabout just off the A1.
Your new role
You role will be working with suppliers and customers to organise and schedule delivery of construction materials. You will be receiving calls and/or emails from customers to order materials. You will manage the order process and then autonomously schedule and organise the deliveries of the customer orders. This is a process driven role where full training will be given.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous administration and customer service experience from within the construction sector. As a minimum you should have previous experience working within an office environment and must be IT literate and a quick learner. You should be motivated, hardworking, approachable and able to work in a diverse working environment. You should be methodical and have high attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a good hourly rate and an immediate start. It is expected that this role will last circa 4-6 weeks. There is on-site parking with working hours being Monday to Friday 8-4pm.
