Administrator required - Immediate start - City centre - 3 months - £18-20k
Your new company
Working in our clients offices in Nottingham City Centre, you will be part of an established team assisting with ad-hoc administration duties.
Your new role
You will be part of a busy team dealing with all aspects of administration including typing and updating documents, general scanning and uploading documentation and up date all current information, send out customer surveys, support the team and take notes on some occasions. General administration using Microsoft Office and using Visio to update structure charts
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel.
Accuracy is paramount in this role as is good time management
What you'll get in return
Working Mon-Friday this is a full time position 9-5pm
City centre based
Initially on a 3 month temporary basis
