HEALTH & SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR JOB STARTING ASAP IN LONDON CITY

You will be joining a large UK civil engineering company based in London
Your new role
You will be responsible for working within a team of 5 and will be dealing with all aspects of the health and safety administration, you will prepare reports , complete administrative duties in advance of health and safety meetings, you will occasionally be sat in on meetings taking minutes and assist with collating presentations, manage record cards for all incidents and accidents reported, keep an updated list of fire wardens and first aiders, update medical lists, assist with the administration of the Drug and Alcohol testing.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent communication skills, previous experience in health and safety administration, good time management, analytical, computer literate - Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, H&S Qualification NEBOSH general certificate or NVQ level 2 or above.
