We are currently looking for an entry level administrator who has at least 6 months office experience. You will be working front of house as an administrator and dealing with the day to day communications with customers.

You will be supporting a team of sales people who may need support with paperwork and customer service elements.

This role would suit somebody who is looking for a stable office role, whereby they can create a successful career for themselves.


  • Dealing with inbound call
  • Replying to a high volume of emails
  • Meeting and greeting customers face to face
  • Booking appointments for the sales people
  • Confirming appointments via email
