We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with one of our clients in Tonbridge

Your duties will be

  • Responsible for ordering and maintain stock
  • Update boards and displays
  • Provide a reprographics service including- Scanning, Photocopying, laminating, Binding etc
  • Set up refreshments for events and meeting
  • General admin duties including :filing, shredding, mail merge letters, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Cover reception area

Skills Required

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Experience of working in a team and being multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach and the ability to priortise
  • Computer literate - word processing, Excel

You will be required to be on the Update Service as an Enhanced DBS is required

This position will initially be up to 2 Months but possibility to lead onto longer
