Reed are excited to be working with a leading organisation based in the heart of Bristol, who are currently recruiting an Administrator  to join their friendly team and dynamic team.

Within this position you will be an integral part of the smooth and efficient running of the business.

The key responsibilities with this position are:

•Setting up new client files and maintaining the file management system
•Carrying out compliance checks
•Generating monthly reports
•Dealing with enquiries and passing them on the relevant department
•Updating and maintain the current record system

Skills and Experience Required

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience working within a busy office environment
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
