My client is urgently in need of an Administrator, based in Plymouth for a Fixed Term Contract (9 - 12 months). 

The successful candidate will be providing general administration support to the Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Recording absence
Dealing with post and telephone enquiries
Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff
Control purchase systems
Co-ordinate and liaise with other personnel and visitors
Ensure records are kept accurate and up to date
Assist team
Ad hoc duties when required

Strong IT skills and able to learn new processes
Good problem solver
Highly organised & self-motivated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Remain calm under pressure
Be a team player
Able to prioritise
