We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our Fleet team in our new Watford offices. Reporting to the Fleet Administration Manager, this role provides administrative support across the UK business. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with an excellent telephone manner and an eye for detail.

Main purpose of Role:

To ensure accurate reporting, invoicing and subsequently selling of fleet vehicles and the associated document control.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing and Document administration
  • Invoice Queries & resolutions with both internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance of Government rules & regulations
  • Vehicle Document Control

The successful candidate will need to have strong motivational skills with an ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a dedicated team. A desire to ensure full compliance to both external and internal rules and regulations.

Essential requirements:

This is a fast paced environment with daily time constraints, therefore the successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in Administration and be used to working under pressure. You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and word.
