Details of this role are as follows:

  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
  • Order office stationary supplies
  • Manage the Office filing
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Handle expenses and billing cycles
  • Assist in purchase orders and invoicing

Skill set/Knowledge/Experience required:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong administration experience
