Administrator

Duties:

  • Typing of correspondence, reports and specifications
  • Document Control
  • Review incoming post, prioritise, delegate and/or action as necessary
  • Filter telephone calls and action/delegate where appropriate
  • Initiate and maintain filing systems.
  • Maintain holiday chart and sickness records
  • Generate and produce appropriate sections of monthly Management and Board reports.
  • Organise meetings
  • Ordering and administering of stationery
  • Chasing Managers for their reports to be available by the correct date
  • Reception duties: answering telephone in the required manner, dealing with incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring that post is efficiently dealt with each day, organising couriers, booking meeting rooms
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be requested of from a member of the commercial team from time to time

Candidate Profile:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working for a construction company
